LANGOSTA CON FIDEOS Baja California Norte

Comensales: 8-10 personas Tiempo de preparación: 20 minutos Tiempo de cocción: 20 minutos aproximadamente
Utensilios: Recipiente, licuadora, olla.
6 colas de langosta sin carapachos; 400 gramos de fideos gruesos; 3 papas picadas; 1/2 taza de aceite o mantequilla; 6 tallos de apio picados; 4 cucharadas de cebolla picada; 1/2 col picada fina; 1 taza de chícharos cocidos; 2 chiles verdes picados; 1 taza de ejotes rebanados fino; 1 taza de pulpa de jitomate; 2 tazas de caldo de pescado; sal y pimienta; 2 cucharadas de cilantro picado para adorno. • Se lavan las colas de langosta y se pican finamente. • Se fríe los fideos en aceite o mantequilla y ya dorados se les agrega la langosta picada. • Se revuelve y se añaden las verduras picadas, los chícharos, los ejotes, el jitomate, el caldo, sal y pimienta. Se tapa la olla y se hierve a fuego lento por 20 minutos. • Al momento de servir se espolvorea con cilantro picado.
