Hola mis queridos Steemers, este es mi primer video en Dtube.
Hace algún tiempo me gradué como Bartender Profesional y estuve haciendo unos cócteles de Pomegranate hoy, entonces grabé este boomerang haciendo el servido.
Utensilios que se necesitan:
- Tin (americano o europeo) para agitar
- Colador de Gusanillo
- Vaso corto u old fashion glass
Los Ingredientes por vaso son:
- 2 onzas de jarabe de granadina
- 3 onzas de jugo de naranja recién exprimida
- 1/2 onza de jugo de limón recién exprimido
- Hielo
Modo de Preparación:
Lo primero que se debe hacer es colocar hielo en el vaso donde vamos a servir, para que se vaya enfriando; en el Tin, colocamos primero el jarabe, luego el vodka, juego de naranja, jugo de limón y por último hielo. Se agita la mezcla de 8 a 10 segundos, se destapa el Tin con cuidado, y con el colador de gusanillo colamos en el vaso que previamente se estaba enfriando; se puede decorar con una rodaja de naranja o de limón, como sea de su preferencia.
Es un cóctel, muy sencillo de preparar, con pocos ingredientes divino al paladar.
