If you, like me, think that skin cancer might be caused by the toxic chemicals in sunscreen as well as the burning rays of the sun, you will also be trying to think of ways to protect your skin whilst still enjoying the restorative rays of the big yellow ball. I read in a magazine recently that Sesame seed oil contains an SPF factor of about 6 and rushed out to buy some. I know SPF 6 is low but I was thinking low but natural is better than high and toxic, just cover up after 20 minutes. I had also heard that coconut oil has an SPF factor, but on further investigation have discovered that to be 2!
Think of my joy when I tracked down RED RASPBERRY SEED OIL SPF 28 or more. That's the one for me from now on ... now I just have to find a source!
