Dr. Jones Discusses Usury with A Jewish Person.

in spirituality •  6 years ago

Hey, there Steemit truth- lovers...This is a fairly respectful conversation although the ending is classic where the Jew commits false equivocation in comparing book selling to usury. Oy, vey...

My Comments here:

On the issue of economics beyond usury which by the way is now so out of control that it's nearly unfathomable... All forms of unnecessary rent-seeking are against spiritual health...Most of the gains there are unmerited and dubious...One house per person laws should be passed which would be consistent with healthy spiritual ethics and Henry George had the solution to fair taxation: a Land Value Tax. But again, all the avarice and greed is so out of control now that only God can stop it so buckle your seat-belts:) One can draw their own conclusions on any connection between the corrupt casino economics which now rules the earth and the rise of Jewish supremacy over the past 600-years...

@Ben C Hi, Ben...Montagne is new to me and I'll check it out.   On your last query: no capitalism in The Garden of Eden; no capitalism mentioned for the millennial reign; a church at Pentecost that showed the exact opposite economic system...SO...we can hope for better days but what the Jews and usurer's need to really own (they won't) is that usury in the present day is a declaration of war against all the earth's people which kind of lines up with what Bibi said recently: "no one will see peace until Israel does" which was also a declaration of war against all the people of the earth...My opinion, the Jews are quite smart in some fields of knowledge but are as dumb as rocks when it comes to spirituality!

I agree that the eastern take on reincarnation is exceedingly problematic and should be rejected in its normative iterations. It's fallacious thinking though to reject reincarnation based solely on the Brahma's corrupt notions on it. The problem, though, is consistency of meaning if we are going to describe God as Logos which implies the use of reason and logic. There is no good human parent that would punish a child beyond fair measure so why do we project this notion onto God? It's unjustifiable and likely incorrect but also from a philosophical position, it's speculative metaphysics given that we care about the western philosophical tradition.  Religiosity can be a good thing but inherently irrational assertions about spiritual metaphysics should be dismissed as unlikely...
