Conditioning vs. Choices

Up to this point in our evolution, our free will hasn’t functioned that freely. Our choices have been shaped primarily by conditioning, by the particular programming we received. For the most part, our will has been synonymous with the ego’s will. Once we begin to wake up out of the illusion spun by the ego and its programming, another kind of will comes more fully into play: the will, or intentions, of Essence.
