Intense Vibrational State

This morning I had an interesting experience... I was vibrating like crazy! But let's go back a bit...

Before going to sleep yesterday, I took Dream Leaf. I took the blue capsule and went to sleep. It took me some time before I finally dozed off...

Then, I woke up after 4 hours of sleep and I took the red capsule... But, I couldn't fall asleep anymore! Damn I was full of energy and I couldn't find a comfortable spot.

This went on for a hour or so, until something happened... I kept telling myself to relax and let go of any thoughts, so I could fall asleep.

After some time, I finally managed to relax and I didn't move for some time. Then, my hands went numb and I quickly got into a vibrational state.

This was the most intense vibrational state I've ever felt. Probably because I didn't freak out. See, whenever my body started to vibrate, I always got scared, because I didn't know what's going to happen.

But since now I know that I can enter a lucid dream from this state, I no longer fear it. So, I didn't try to stop the vibrations, thus they got really intense.

At one point, I actually felt like I'm leaving my body. Seriously, I was able to move out of my body with my mind. I felt like I was a few inches out of my body, but my body was still holding on to me, so I couldn't just float away easily.

I don't know why, but I freaked out just a little bit. Not much, but there was just a tiny amount of shock that went through my body, thus I lost the vibrations...

I don't know if it's really possible to leave the body and so on, but the whole experience is definitely intense and feels very real.

Anyway, it was a gateway to induce a lucid dream, but I failed to do it. Damn! I was so close...

Even though I didn't feel the vibrations anymore, I tried to stay still, because I thought it will come back, but it didn't... When the vibrations were happening, I was almost unconscious.

When I felt that little shock go through my body, it probably just woke me up too much. I fell asleep in 10 minutes or so.

Sadly, I didn't become aware in my dreams. Plus, I didn't dream of anything until I had to wake up to my usual time. When my alarm went off, I decided to sleep a bit more, because I was extremely tired!

I slept for a couple more hours and finally had some longer dreams. They weren't very vivid, but at least there's more memories than the whole last week basically.

But, I'm glad I decided to sleep for a couple more hours, because I woke up so refreshed! I haven't felt that great in the morning for quite some time now! I probably have to thank Dream Leaf for this.

Army Boy

In my dream, apparently I was in the army. The beginning of the dream is hard to recall, it's just images that I can't put into words.

My memory starts when I had to prepare to be a soldier. At first I was hanging around with this other soldier who showed me around.

Then, this dude named Captain came to me and told me to get dressed in proper soldier clothes. Those clothes were hanging on the wall of a house.

When I went there, on the other side there were 3 of my friends. They were also suppose to be in the army but they ran away, because they didn't like it.

Well, somehow I knew that they were suppose to be there. Sadly, for running away, the captain ordered us to kill them when we spot them.

I told them to run away, because I will be killed as well if I cooperate with them. They got scared and disappeared in seconds.

Then, I was putting on those clothes, but there were no pants, only shorts. The funny thing is, I had to put on a jacket that was quite long and the shorts would get covered up.

I found this really funny. Then I came to the Captain and told him to look at me. Everyone around started laughing, me as well.

I asked him I could go home to put on some pants, because I look ridiculous! He allowed it.

Then, I was suddenly walking on a road, with those friends that ran away. This road actually led to my house. All of us went inside my house, and I was looking for some pants.

Explosions... Lot's Of Explosions!

As I was putting on pants, an army of enemy soldiers just gathered around my house. There were tanks and shit like that.

For some reason, my computer was playing music and it was extremely loud. The enemy soldiers looked into the direction of my house.

I even saw some of them were coming close. I immediately turned off the music and went to hide into the other room. I was certain they will come inside and blow my brains out.

Well, it didn't happen! They just didn't come here. I was hiding for like 10 minutes.

Then I looked through the window to see if they are still here. This is where it gets cool. My view has changed. I didn't see with my eyes anymore. It was like a strategy game now.

I saw everything from the sky and I had the ability to call in some airstrikes.

I was afraid it might hit my house if I ordered it too close, but I had no choice. I took my chances and called in an airstrike.

I had two options. First option would call in an airstrike that repeatedly shoots rockets into a small area. And the second option would simply drop a huge bomb in a specific area that's much stronger.

I chose option one and it blasted away so many of them! There were guts, torsos, legs and all kinds of other parts flying around. Blood was everywhere!

Some of the tanks exploded as well and that made some of the soldiers light on fire. It was a massacre. I can still remember the screams when their skin was melting away from the fire.

More Explosions! And Body Parts...

After this airstrike, I noticed a tower. This tower is the reason why they all came here. They had a special tank that was suppose to raise their own sort of a tower so they could get up there.

Apparently, my Captain was on this tower. The enemy tank started raising the tower up and out of nowhere, a huge robot appears.

They were raising it up so he could kill Captain.

This robot was sooo big... It was about to kill my captain, so I had to do something. I called in another airstrike. This time I chose option two (the big bomb).

I didn't think it would destroy the robot, so targeted the tank that raised him up there. The bomb simply ripped everything apart in a pretty big radius.

I though there were a lot of body parts and blood from the first airstrike, but this bomb just filled the street with crushed skulls, body parts, blood, organs and so on. The view was magnificent!

Loads of intestines covered up my house to such extent that it didn't look like a house anymore, LOL.

Anyway, since I destroyed the tank, the robot fell down and he exploded as well... And guess what happened then? An even stronger explosion than the bomb. Which lead to even more gore all over the place.

But, the enemy's Captain was in the robot, and before he fell down, he managed to jump into the tower. Then both Captains started fighting.

I was no longer in a strategy game view. But I wasn't in my body still. I saw everything from up close. They both seemed like skilled fighters and the fighting scene was like a movie.

After fighting for like 5 minutes. my Captain managed to get his arm around the other Captain's neck and he strangled him to death.

We won! All the enemies were dead from the explosions and their Captain was last man standing.

Then my Captain congratulated me for saving him and killing all of them with those airstrikes. The dream went on for a short while, but I don't remember much.

I heard a Voice!

While I was writing this, I remembered something interesting that happened while I was in the vibrational state.

I remember that I heard a voice... When the vibrations got pretty intense, something started talking in my head! It told me something but I don't remember what...

And even though this is kinda creepy, it's not the thing that scared or sent the shock to my body. I reacted to this in a calm way.

Was it my subconscious mind speaking to me? A hallucination? Who knows... But I wish I could remember what it said to me.

It had a deep voice and it sounded a bit like evil characters speak in video games or movies. Those mysterious kinds of characters that don't much talking throughout the whole thing.

This is not the first time I heard someone talking to me. It's the second!

But, the first time was over a year ago when I wasn't trying to achieve lucid dreaming. Back then, I got back home from a holiday and I was really tired, but I decided to watch the TV.

I closed my eyes and got into a trance state, where I was almost sleeping but still awake. I was imagining something and I suddenly heard someone say my name.

This really scared the shit out of me and I felt it go through my whole body.

The thing is... It sounded so real. It doesn't feel like a fraction of my imagination. I seriously heard a voice in my head.

This morning it felt real as well just like the last time. I don't know what it is... Was I basically dreaming? Was I hallucinating, because of sleep paralysis? Whatever it was, it felt extremely real...

I'm ending this post here. At the end of each post I'll include my first post (down below) about this journey as it explains why and how I'm doing this! (Full Post Here)

I Will Be Doing This Every Day!

The main reason I want to start lucid dreaming, is for self improvement.

I've been reading a lot about it and studies have shown that you can actually improve certain abilities by doing it in your dreams.

For example, if you wan't to learn a foreign language, you can practice it in your dreams. Since you're working with your subconscious mind while you're sleeping, you might find out that you know words that you were never aware of while conscious.

It's really all up to your creativity to what you wanna learn and improve upon in your dreams. Is it basketball that you want to become better at? You can do that!

Do you want to become a better fucker? Nobody is holding you back! Just make a nasty slut appear in front of you and do whatever you want with her!

Apparently while sleeping, the neural pathways engaged in the activity are strengthened, and not only imagined or visualized.

To achieve lucid dreaming, a lot of action has to be taken. Well... Some find it really easy to lucid dream, but most have to achieve it the hard way.

It's really important to think about lucid dreaming throughout the day. This way you're telling your subconscious mind that this is what you're focusing on and what you want, thus it gives you the access to control the dream world.

There are quite a few things I will be doing in order to achieve this goal!

  1. So, first of all, I will be posting my whole lucid dreaming journey here on Steemit every day.

  2. I will be writing down all of my dreams on a journal. A dream journal is basically essential if you want to achieve lucid dreaming.

  3. I will do at least 30-50 reality checks every day.

  4. Have a sleeping rhythm. That means I will be going to sleep at the same time every night. I'll also wake up at the same time every morning as well.

  5. I will also experiment with some techniques to induce lucid dreams.

  6. I won't look at any screens (computer, TV or even phone) 30-60 minutes before bed, because I've read that this helps a lot. For those 30-60 minutes I will be meditating.

  7. Talk, read and think about lucid dreaming constantly.

  8. Occasionally I will listen to lucid dreaming binaural beats and hypnosis.

  9. I will use an app called Awoken. This app is designed to help you achieve lucid dreaming. It reminds you to do reality checks throughout the day and it has a dream journal, which is where I will be writing down all my dreams when I wake up.

  10. I will experiment with the supplement called Dream Leaf, I already ordered it and I will use it when it arrives. I will take it only once or at most twice every week to see if it changes anything about my dreams and the ability to become lucid.

Tracking All My Progress!

So, like I've mentioned before, I will be tracking all my progress and I'll be posting about it every day here on Steemit.

Also, after I achieve lucid dreaming, I won't stop posting about my experiences for some time still.

When I achieve my goal, I will be writing down a lot of experiences that I have inside the dream world, and I'll experiment if it's actually possible to improve real life skills while sleeping.

I set a personal goal to achieve lucid dreaming within 30 days starting today. I'm really excited and hopefully I'll be able to do that even faster than 30 days!

This is not the first time I try to achieve lucid dreaming, but I never took it seriously and I was too inconsistent, so I never even came close to becoming lucid.

But this time I'm gonna SMASH it and record the whole journey on this blockchain!

UPDATE: I achieved lucid dreaming for the first time on day 12

You are a hardworking man no doubt

This is fascinating. Gon'na try it. Hope it helps my chronic insomnia.

Namaste, JaiChai

Insomnia is very annoying :/ I never had it, but there were times when I couldn't fall asleep for countless of hours. There were a few times I didn't sleep the whole night. Those experiences were driving me crazy.

Every time I am on your blog, I am like Oh wow, how amazing is this guy! This is brilliant.

Haha, thank you!

You reminded me of a gong bath I recently experienced for the first time. Vibrations turn out to be a critical component of wellness.

Gong bath sound interesting! I would love to tey it out sometime in the future.

Check it out! It was a surreal experience. The noise level rose well beyond anything I had experienced, yet it wasn't painful at all.
