Did you guys checked our Town Square. Splinterlands has been having these every 2 weeks. It's a chance for community to push their questions/feedback. I watched it today mostly for Land 1.5 news. I'm glad I did!
But What's A Maverick?
This isn't related to any Tom Cruise stuff. It's a name for players who have invested a lot into buying stuff from Splinterlands game. Not sure if Land purchases are included. Buying packs is definitely part of it. Am I a maverick? Are you a maverick?
Well.... I don't actually remember what's the minimum is. At 1 point it was 500 packs. Maybe it's different now. I'm pretty sure I've got 500+ packs under my belt. If you bought when packs were $2 - then you got in for $1000. This isn't even whale prices. Whales spend dozens of times more!
Some Features Moved To 1.6
- It makes 1.5 release faster
- Delayed features aren't that vital (yet)
- Less stuff to learn for players in 1.5

Ouch! That Win/Loss ratio! Even this season I'm a Gold III. I really wanna reach Gold II at least. I really have to rethink strategies I'm using. It's not like I'm using battle helpers or bots. I might have to look at some battle helpers eventually if I keep at this pace of loosing.

It's cool to get 2 Legendaries even without Epics. I believe in consistency. Some times things go well. Some times luck isn't close with you. At least I've got a Keep without even buying 100 plots. We have to play the long game. Life is NOT a sprint!

I've sold staking rewards for Hive. Whatever is staked remains staked. I used to sell lots of Vouchers. But they get sudden uses. So I've had to buy some back at few times before. I'm keeping some around just in case.
Found this random podcast starring @cryptoeater It's really cool to see the story of a self made whale. He started small and grew pretty big. I'm nowhere near that big. But one day I want to be a self-made whale as well.
