I have been making some routine WAX withdrawals but as of late several of them are getting stuck and not going through.
I had one withdrawal get stuck for a whole day and wouldn't have gone through at all if I hadn't logged a support ticket with the hive-engine team because subsequent withdrawals conducted after that one that never arrived had gone through successfully.
Tonight I had another withdrawal not arrive and had to log another support ticket.
Does anyone know what's going on with these WAX withdrawals and if it's something that is going to be occurring for a while now?
I think that it is under maintenance.
