It's no secret Real Madrid has dipped in form, and it erks me to hear a lot of people are contributing this reason to the departure of one Cristiano Ronaldo, some even say it's all the fault of Marcelo, but noone is looking at the whole picture here.
Real Madrid have last year lost a lot of things that've been building them up to be the Real MAdrid they were known for, for the past 4,5 years.
Certainly the departure of Zidane had something to do with it, as Solari is nowhere near the big name or the inspirational leader Zizou was, and Santiago Solari's decision this year have been questionable.
Dropping Isco indefinitely had a big influence on the backbone of the first and second team as he was the man to be counted on the past 3 years, as a first team member as well as the replacement when the replacements needed to decide games.
He was a big factor 2 seasons ago when 1/4 of the team was hit with injury with Modrić being the best injures player, and Isco was the man to fill in the void.
Bale is a lost man, he hasn't even learned spanish yet, in all the year's he's been there he's reluctant to even try, it's so puzzling a player who's paid as much money wouldn't even make an effort, and how can't the club force him to do that?
Isn't 300 000 euro per week a good enough reason?
Why Perez spent money for a new keeper when he already had on of the best keepers in the world, is beyond me
Reclacing Ronaldo with Vinicious instead of Hazard is another reason for the downfall, cheapness of Perez will make him pay and if this season turns out to be a trophyless one, he risks the continuing of dipping attendance, something what's been reported to happen this year on more than a couple of occasions, and this will certainly force Perez to make some moves.
Instead of investing in players he opted to renew a part of a stadium, adding a luxurious stand, but what's the point of it if the people aren't there?
The comeback man, Mariano Diaz, who scored more than 20 goals in the french leagues just doesn't get enough chances to integrate, because monkey boy Vinicious, whose dribbling skills can't even compare to anything world class, has been given unjust chances.
Keylor Navas is another key man out of the equation, being replaced with Thibaut_Courtois, who's given a couple of questionable performances, dropping the ball on more than 1,2,3 occasions.
Perez's toying with the team will cost him and I'm sure this season is sure to be a very bad season for Real Madrid.
A couple of "experts" are saying Real could still defend their Champions League title and make it 4 in a row, but that's only cause they want attention.
It seems that I, a fan who's been following the team for more than 20 years from affar knows more about it than they do, the so called experts.
My prediction is Real will be left with nothing at the end of the year and Perez will be looking for a total overhaul of the team in the summer, it's that, or Real Madrid as we know it, will cease to exist.
