I've been a fan of UFC commentator, Joe Rogan, for around about a year now and a fan of the UFC for even longer. His excellent commentary helped me see that mixed martial arts was more than just grown men sticking their balls in each other's faces. At first, I only knew him as a UFC commentator, but after reading a Steemit post about how he reacted when a guest on his show introduced him to Steemit, I then realised he moonlighted on his own YouTube channel.
The Steemit post that uncovered this unknown side of Joe to me spoke of campaigning to get Mr. Rogan onto Steemit. At the time I thought this was a great idea and not only did I support it I also became a regular viewer of the Joe Rogan YouTube channel.
So, a year has passed and the campaign to get Joe Rogan signed up to Steemit went as far as a lead balloon. Nevertheless, Steemit continues without the big names and I have enjoyed 12-months of entertainment while listening to various guests on his show. Joey Diaz has to be one of my favourite guests and my missus and I still disagree about "The butter scene" they spoke of, which involved Marlon Brando, a young actress, and well... a tub of butter... Now, I'm not going into the nooks and crannies (pun intended) of it all, so if you want to know more about this infamous scene, just type the words "last tango in Paris" followed by the words "butter scene" and you can decide for yourself if it's real or not...
OK, let me get back on track with what I originally wanted to talk about, and that is the subject of whether or not Joe Rogan is what's commonly known as "controlled opposition".
Whilst listening to his shows it is obvious that Joe is a very intelligent human being. He is also well-spoken, thoughtful, open minded and an obvious advocate for the legalisation of cannabis. Joe also likes to dabble with psycadellics and speaks very highly of their enlightning properties, which, for what it's worth, is fine by me. All of this liberal and open-minded talk made me a big fan of his YouTube channel, but lately I've started to feel a little uneasy...
Strike #1!!!
Chemtrails
Anyone who listens to Joe on a regular basis will know that he doesn't believe this particular conspiracy theory and, again, that is fine with me. When I first heard him dismiss the theory of chemtrails I have to admit I was quite surprised. Because I was already a big fan of his, I just let this issue slide, after all, we can't all agree on everything. Maybe, I thought, Joe just hasn't tuned into the information that I've seen and read about chemtrails... And, maybe, he is lucky enough to live in a place where this practice isn't deployed on a weekly, if not daily, basis, to the point where it literally blotts out the Sun and changes the atmosphere in front of your very eyes. For those reason I am willing to forgive his ignorance and carry on listening to his show. But my patience began to wear thin when I heard him denounce this theory for a 2nd time, then a 3rd, a 4th and then a 5th, and each time with more ridicule towards those who do believe that weather modification exsists. Joe speaks about this quite regularly and every time he talks with more certainty of his opinion.
Now, every one is allowed to think how they want to think, about anything they want to think about. It just surprises me that a person who is so open minded and speaks out about government corruption so proudly can be so dismissive and, frankly speaking, condecending, especially on a subject where there is so much evidence that contradicts what he says...
I could go into great detail and write about all the separate cases that uphold my opinions about "Chemtrailing", but instead I will just give reference to some of the more prominent sources surrounding this subject. But before I do let me just say that I witness this practice regurlarly, with my own eyes, and can tell the difference between natural clouds that form and ones that form from the results of planes passing in the sky and spread through the atmosphere like fruit cordial in a glass of water.
References that confirm cloudseeding exsists.
Operation cumulus and the Lynmouth floods that killed 35 locals
On August 15, 1952, the day the rain started, an estimated 90 million tons of water coursed through the town of Lynmouth in just one day [source: The Guardian]. Entire trees were uprooted, forming dams and allowing the tide of the two rivers flowing through Lynmouth to grow even stronger in force. Boulders were carried by the current, destroying buildings and carrying residents into the sea. In all, 35 Britons lost their lives that day as a result of the torrential rain. Britain's Ministry of Defense maintains that it had not experimented with cloud seeding prior to the Lynmouth incident.
Deep Drive and the Genetic Revolution
While this is just a quick admission of guilt, it is nevertheless a moment when people who are privvy to inside information speak openly on the subject (forward to approx 27mins.25seconds in)
Operation Popeye (Project Controlled Weather Popeye / Motorpool / Intermediary-Compatriot) was a highly classified weather modification program in Southeast Asia during 1967–1972. The cloud seeding operation during the Vietnam War ran from March 20, 1967 until July 5, 1972 in an attempt to extend the monsoon season, specifically over areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The operation was used to induce rain and extend the East Asian Monsoon season in support of U.S. government efforts related to the War in Southeast Asia.
Sorry Joe, what were you saying about chemtrails??
I'm not the sort of person who calls someone out because of one single mistake, we all make them from time to time, this was just what got my spider senses tingling about Joe Rogans integrity. Now let's take a look at something else that has made me suspicious of Mr Rogan...
Strike #2!!!
The UFC, John Jones and "Pikogate"
In the interest of You, the reader, I will keep this part relatively short. Not so long ago the UFC held one of their big fight-nights involving two goliaths of the sport. The main event of the night would see John Jones face off for the 2nd time against Alexander Gustaffson. The first fight was an epic encounter and it was hoped that this rematch would follow in its footsteps. Sadly, this was not the case and the match was a bit of a flop, but the fight itself was seriously overshadowed by what happened just before these fighters stepped into the cage...
John Jones is a bad boy of the sport who is known to have a partying lifestyle. Along with this John Jones has been accused of taking steroids and even had his belt stripped away due to a failed a drugs test. This was all supposed to be in the past and John was now to reclaim his glory with a comeback fight against Gustaffson. As many predicted John did win the fight, but what folk didn't predict was that John would, again, fail another drug test before fighting Alexander Gustaffson. Due to the money involved and the UFC's reputations being at stake, all the stops were pulled out to keep this fight on the card. In the end the fight venue had to be switched at the last minute as Las Vegas have very strict rules on drug-cheats.

source
All this is really no concern of mine and I have to suspect that many sports stars take performance enhancing drugs. What did concern me was the people who work for the UFC who came out to try and minimize the collateral damage. One such person was our very own Joe Rogan who invited a specialist on the show to explain away John Jones' "bad behaviour luck". The person invited onto the show was non other than Jeff Novitzky, the guy who caught cycling drugs-cheat, Lance Armstrong. This expert has since come over to the UFC and according to some sources it seems he has sold his sole to the Devil. After listening to Jeff Novitzky, I have to agree that he seems to have switched to the darkside and now favours money over truth. While appearing on Joe Rogan's show he spent over 2-hours trying to make excuses for why John Jones had failed yet another drug test. While listening to the reasoning behind his theories, and they certainly were nothing but theories, I noticed that Joe had took a back seat on his own show. Not once did he challenge any of the spurious claims coming out of Jeff Novitzky's mouth and instead just sat there like a nodding dog. This struck me as very odd as I have come accustomed to hearing Joe question all of his guests topics and often play devil's advocate.
Now I'm no scientist and much of what they said was way above my pay-grade, but I know the smell of bullshit and this show absolutely stunk. In fact, the smell of manure was so strong that I actually reached out for an alternative perspective and managed to find just that in the form of Brendan Schaub.
Brendan is actually a friend of Joe and a fellow YouTuber but when you listen to their opinions on John Jones they certainly hold conflicting views. Baring in mind that Joe Rogan and Jeff Novitzky both work for the UFC I am inclined to think that they have vested interests and after listening to Brendan's take on this topic I now have serious suspicions about Joe Rogan's integrity.
As I said at the start of this section, I want to keep this part to a minimun and for that reason I'll just leave you with both sides of the story and allow you to make your own decisionson on whether or not Joe is taking one for the team.
Big shout-out to Brendan, I'm a fan.
Strike #3 (AND YOU'RE OUT!!!)
I promise that this part will be kept super-short and you can go get on with the rest of your day.
Bari Weiss is a writer for the New York Times and was recently a guest on the Joe Rogan show. Like Joe, she claims to be a progressive thinker and also claims to be impartial when reporting. After listening to her interview with Joe I am now of the opinion that neither are true. I am also now more inclined to believe that Joe, himself, could actually be part of the establishment as yet again he pulled back from his usual self and allowed Bari Weiss to talk shit for over 3-hours.
Now it isn't like I wrote this interview off from the start, I actually listened to the whole thing, but after it had finished two things became apparent to me. First point, is that Bari Weiss is a typical MSM reporter who is anything but impartial. Bari also completely contradicted herself when playing to the crowd on one issue, stating that everyone should have the chance to prove they can change, and then totally writing off a fellow female journalist at the back end of the interview.
The second thing that came apparent to me was that, maybe, Joe Rogan is not all he seems to be. While I do believe he has an awesome mind and is the greatest UFC commentator there is, I'm now considering the possibility that he could be compromised. It's been proven time and time again that people who hold positions of influence, especially in celebrity land, only get there because they tow the line and agree to shill certain points of view. We all know that mainstream telly has been a tool for propaganda for a long time, if not since its creation, and it's also clear that the internet has since replaced this form of media. The internet and more importantly the Alt news that is viewed on this format has become a headache for the establishment. This situation has now turned into a war and one tactic of any war is infiltration.
I watch my young daughter as she follows the trends and one of these is to watch YouTube stars. Now I would obviously be a hypocrite to tell her this is wrong as I do the very same thing, but until now I assumed I tuned in to a higher calibre of celebrity, ie Joe Rogan. On the shows my daughter watches they blast them with product placement, to which I often try to point out and enlighten my daughter about. As with most 12-year olds, she ignores me at the time but I do hope that by me saying this she is at least aware of it and will one day get wise to the manipulation. For kids it seems that subtlety isn't needed when conditioning the mind but I'm now thinking that I may be just as plyable as my little girl. Maybe the product placement isn't so blatant, nor is it trying to sell me something straight off the shelf, but that doesn't mean I'm not being just as gullible.

source
From now on I'm going to turn the spotlight on my own choice of celebrity and always try to keep in mind that everybody has a price, well almost everybody. It's easy to point the finger at others and find fault in what they do, or in this case what they watch. But, maybe, it's time I re-evaluated my own choices and consider the possibility that the government have encroched into the Alt-media more than I had ever realised before.
For now though, I'll still tune into Joe Rogan but just not with the same blinkered perspective or naivity as before. I'm not saying that I'm sure this guy is a fake, I'm just saying that it needs to be considered. The cracks are certainly showing and the John Jones case really exposed this for me. But where one door closes another door opens and it seems Brendan Schaub is a straight shooter, or so it seems.
One definitive way of stopping all this would be to just turn all the T.V's off and spend some quality time with my Daughter playing outside, maybe that's the real point in all this...
Thanks to anyone who read this post, it went on way longer than I thought it would.
Peace to you and yours
Rebel Dan signing out.
I knew once he compared 9/11 truth to bigfoot, he was a shill. People are fleeing the MSM and looking for alternatives, it's only natural those who have a vested interest in controlling the narrative will prop up the people who can be manipulated. cough Alex Jones cough

Ron to the Dong! Nice to hear from you buddy. It's seems a sad fact that anyone who gains any notoriety is only there because they're allowed to be. I've got my eye's on you as your profile grows on MSP ;)

Thanks. The chemtrails I've very little doubt about, but the Joe Rogan issue was a surprise. Sadly the more I watch the more certain I become. If I learn that James Corbett is a shill I think I'll throw in the towel, lol.

Don't know about James, but very, very few true patriots are "big enough" for you to have actually heard of them.
They tend to run into "accidents" when they approach that level.
