Technique
Placement of the hands: Separated about 10cm more open than the height of the shoulders and with the fingers pointing slightly outwards.
When you are going to execute the iron, you must place yourself in a crouching position (frog), bring the head with the trunk as far forward as possible, open and stretch the legs.
Another easiest way to remove it before making it on the ground is in the push up or parallel holds, starting from pine, you open your legs and take your head forward as much as you can while you go down.
The pelvis should be in the retroversion position (do not arch the lower back) so that the legs point down and to facilitate that the arms are fully extended.
I still do not master it in its entirety, but with force, and wanting to do it all can be animated !!!
