New muscle in my body?:) After workout suffering:)

Hi, guys!

A lazy day I have today, yep. Yesterday, as I said in previous post, while working out in the gym I discovered a new training apparatus for myself, torso rotate... No, nothing special, you just select weight you want to add to your body, step with you knees on a base, keep your upper part of body motionless and rotate the lower part. I was like "hey, that's too simple". I made one time 50 times each side, felt nothing. Then second time, third time... Still nothing. OK, I thought, may be it's a game:)

No games, damn! Today I can't get out of bed. In the morning all my body was in pain, I felt like as if I was beaten for all night. Then I decided to take a nap, thinking that if I'll relax a bit I'll feel better. Well, now I woke up and I feel like as if I've been beaten not only during all night, but day too!

Sometimes after new training systems I discover muscles in my body I never knew about before. Well, this is one of the cases! I'm quite thin, you an count my ribs without toughing them. I thought that there is actually only skin and bones. Now I know - NO! I really have some weak, undeveloped muscles on my ribs:) And now I know where they are lol:)

Pain in the lower part of body is always unbearable. I remember my abs and leg days. They are really horrible. And most horrible thing is you feel nothing during the exercise but die with pain after your body is relaxed.

pain is gain

I hope so:) At the moment I have only pain lol
