This is me doing Pigeon pose at my favorite place in Changgu Bali.. You can do this pose with lots of variations... Like the most of the asana.. Here is some of the benefits doing this pose regularly
-Increases external range of motion of femur in hip socket
-Lengthens hip flexors
-Prepares body for backbends
-Prepares body for seated postures such as Padmasana(Lotus Pose)
-it's a king kong hip opener...
