Crow pose or bakasana variation... It's all the same anyway... Same alignment and feel in every pose just different feeling of gravity...

-Strengthens arms and wrists.
-Stretches the upper back.
-Strengthens the abdominal muscles.
-Opens the groins.
-Tones the abdominal organs.
-give you a good basic core...

Great picture, i wanted to ask what is the difference between sport yoga and the normal one ?

All yoga is comes from a style called Hatha yoga... I just put it under #sports... It's Hatha style and it's different styles all made from Hatha yoga... Have a good Saturday ✌️
