Increase the intensity of exercise slowly. After you have eaten good food or even used alcohol, your body can not be laid out for all 100%, so listen to it and its needs.
You will definitely not get better if you do nothing and just lie down. Otherwise, it may cause symptoms of acid reflux or heartburn. The best solution is a slowly walk in the outdoors.
Do light exercises before breakfast (if you feel well of course). Physical loads will promote the conversion of fats and carbohydrates into useful energy.
Also do exercises to control weight. You can use dumbbells or train with the weight of your body. This way, you will not only bring yourself in a good shape, but also burn the excess calories received during the holidays.
Use interval training. It involves alternating loads - for example, you make 30-60 seconds of intense load and rest for some time. But remember that starting is worth a little, and only as you get used to the body, the intensity of training can be increased.
