Type of exercise to shrink the belly

For some people have a distended stomach is a big problem that is because it can cause embarrassment and make not feel comfortable when about to go by choosing a slightly sexy clothes.
Belly stomach occurs in because of some unhealthy habits, the first caused by eating or snacking at night.
For those of you who like to eat or snacking at night should immediately stop because at night people will usually do very little activity so a little too calories will be in use. Stacking calories can cause bloated stomach.Here are some types of exercise to shrink belly:

  • Walking or Running

    But at least a little by little the calories in your body will terbakar.sehingga not the fat on the stomach that will shrink tldan can make your body more slender.

  • Sit Up

    Sit ups will help the muscles in your stomach get tighter and reduce your belly bits bit by bit.

  • Back Up

    Nah, if the back-up movement is the opposite of the shit-up movement, where we do it while stroking and moving the upper body body up and down.

  • Vertical Leg Crunch

    Lie on your back on the floor Tramps right on the floor and bend your knees Hand behind your head as a cushion Push your body up, legs stay on the floor Gently lower your body, and repeat the movement.

  • Bycicle Exercise

    By lying down with both hands behind the head, then lift your knee to the chest while lifting the head with the shoulders still in a state of sticking to the floor.

extended stomach is "central obesity" which refers to
that organism is healthier compared to non-central obesity- (when people get face swelling and so on). what i've said was in terms of biochemistry not values of social life. and 1 more misconception is that people believe that making abs workout burns stomach fat, because that's lie. little course of biochemistry- there are couple of sites for adipose tissue. when sugar level in blood decreases glucagon increases which releases Triacylglycerols from adipose tissue. meaning that organism does not care which muscle burns sugar and causes decrement of its level. only thing that helps there is to run early morning, don't eat anything at all. don't even get 1 candy that will stop process of burning fat for 3-5 hours. thats why getting fat is easy than get rid of it.

You are right, of course. But no amount of biochemistry knowledge will get people healthy and to a healthy weight. We are what we eat and I have not EVER seen an unhealthy overweight person that eats 100% organic food, gets off his/her butt and simply moves instead of sitting all day. Everybody can grow a garden (exercise) and eat organic food to be healthy. There is no mystery about it!

i was just saying abs workout wont work on stomach fat directly and it's waste of time depended only on that. because abs workout actually burns way less fat then running.abdomen rectus muscle is way smaller than foot quadriceps.(actually foot has more than that.)
