This dish will impress you with its taste, ease of cooking and, of course, will enjoy great benefit to the body. It fully complies with all principles of proper nutrition and are equally suitable for adults and children. These low-calorie, containing a large amount of protein and low in fat, chicken rolls fit perfectly into the diet of those people who reduce weight and those who are gaining muscle mass, and those who are watching their health.
List of ingredients:
• Chicken breast (fillet) – 3 PCs.
• Mushrooms – 300 g
• Green onion – 100 g
• Cottage cheese with herbs – 1 package (140 g)
• Onions – 100 g
• Olive oil – 2 tsp + 3 tsp
• Salt, paprika, black pepper – to taste
Cooking
1. First step is to prepare chicken Breasts. Cut each and beats with a hammer on each side, turning breast into thin layers. Then sprinkle Breasts with paprika and salt (a little, as cottage cheese is quite salty). Lay off the meat aside.
2. Now let's prepare the filling for our rolls. For this finely chop the mushrooms (I used champignons and onions and fry mushrooms with onions in 2 tbsp olive oil, lightly salted.
3. Next, finely chop green onions and mix it with cream cheese. I took curd cheese with herbs "Almette".
4. The resulting cheese mixture lubricates the chicken Breasts. On top lay the fried mushrooms with onions.
5. Turn each meat layer with stuffing in a roll and tied with thread.
6. Each roll grease with 1 tsp olive oil and spread on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake until ready.
7. Finished rolls exempt from threads and serve.
The dish for 6 servings. In the photo you can see what I get.
