James Harden has been the top scorer for Houston Rockets since he left Oklahoma City Thunder in 2012. That time Oklahoma City has a very super team and manage to achieve better results compare of what we have seen now in the current state of Oklahoma. With Harden, the Rockets once again step up to greatness and that with some help from Chris Paul, I am sure that the Rockets will be more competitive as ever.
He was declared as the MVP of last season and I know that achieving the same award will not too impossible for James Harden to acquire. Just as we saw on his performance on the opening of the preseason where he put some good three-point shots on their match against Memphis Grizzlies. That opening game was more like a warm-up for Harden since he is still not on his usual form. His percentage shooting on both field goal and three-point are lower than 50 percent. And by that, he should try to make some improvements in their next match.
On their next game against Indiana Pacers, Harden still making some adjustments where he put most game time for the Rockets and still achieve low percentage shooting. From around nine three-point attempts, only three went in. I guess, those efforts from Indiana Pacers really takes James Harden to its hardest situation.
I never doubt the abilities of James Harden. He really does his thing and plays the game the best as he could. Allocating too much game time and achieving the highest score for the team. I would consider him again as a contender for the position of MVP for this season.
