This exciting 3D underwater sport can be tried by anyone who can swim. The point of the game is to get a special ball into the opponent's gate under the water, which is a basket at the bottom of the pool. There's a lot of passing and teamwork. This is a really dynamic game, so you never get bored. The pool is usually 3,5 to 5 meters deep. The ball must always stay underwater while moving or passing the ball.
Why does the ball not come up to the surface of the water? Because it is filled with salt water, it sinks slowly and can be easily passed under water.
Diving experience is not necessary for the sport. During the fun practices, you will learn to swim fast underwater in no time and uto use snorkel, mask and fins. Unlike many other sports, there isn’t a lot of strain on joints, but it moves your body completely. It develops your lungs, stamina and spatial coordination.

This sport was developed in Germany in the 1960s. Games are 15 minutes long for each of the 2 periods. One team has six players in the water, six substitutes and three reserve players. The match is supervised by three judges, two under water and one outside at the edge of the pool.
Standard equipment are: fins, masks, breathing tubes and ear protection caps.

When you want to try this game, check out the nearest team where you live.
