I admit it. I'm a huge WWE fan. It's tough being one nowadays due to the whole PG Era thing but every once and awhile WWE comes through. It's like Soap Opera's for dudes....... and women....

Last Night was one of those nights where the WWE came through. They have done this before though so I am not going to get to excited yet.

BIG CASS HEEL TURN

For weeks there has been speculation about who has been attacking Enzo and Cass. Prime suspects being the tag team "The Revival" and the Big Show. After some security footage is shown from 2 weeks ago, it's revealed that it was Big Cass the whole time. I didn't like how they revealed it very much. Should have been Kurt Angle to do it. He seemed so lost but he is supposed to be in charge of the show. Hmmmmm. Cass cuts a very good promo about how most of his career he has been fighting Enzo's fights. Enzo is just a glorified mic guy so it makes sense for Cass to be upset.

Creative Better Not Mess this Up

WWE creative has a history of going strong into new story lines but coming up VERY FLAT in the long run. Bray Wyatt's entire character is an example. So much potential wasted on horrible story telling and booking. Just like the Randy Orton joining the Wyatt Family.. I think this too will fall flat. If creative repeats, both Big Cass and Enzo will become after thoughts and fall to the bottom of the barrel.

What Creative Should Do

Cut the jokes.. Don't let Enzo get on the mic and make corny jokes about his future opponent. Has to be serious and personal to really get fans behind it. Have the might be a street fight or some kind of stipulation match that could give Enzo a chance at an upset win. Like I said, I like a street fight. Have Enzo put up a good fight but due to some very heelish move Big Cass gets the win. THEN HE HAS TO DESTROY ENZO. He was angry for all those years right? Make it seem like he tears Enzo apart.. Really hurting him. Put Enzo off tv for awhile... Next night Big Cass starts against a mid tier guy close to the Intercontinental Title or a top tier guy.. or even put him up against the Big Show just to solidify his new position in the company. Cass cant lose for awhile. About 2 months down the road.. Bring Back Enzo. Let him have a run for a title as well. When these two have really established their selves solo... Bring it back together for another round (Remember Shawn Michaels vs Diesel??)

No matter what, creative has to do something different. WWE ratings are plummeting FAST. With TV shows and sports having really captivating story lines, WWE needs to get on the same boat. The sotry lines are so watered down at times that its hard to watch. I very often turn WWE off as soon as I see something or hear something really corny... Just cant do it. They can't rely on the aging part timers, John Cena, and the old business model. This is their chance to make a difference.
