  If you want to look like a body builder than you need to improve your posture because correct posture can increase the beauty of your body. Exercises can help you to correct your posture as you will automatically start to sit and stand with correct posture but still you will need to change your bad habits

Try To Bring Balance In Your Workout Routine

  Sometime even more workout of a specific muscle group can make your posture improper. To make your posture correct you must do the back workout for time equal to chest workout time. You can't appear in good shape unless your six day workout hit every muscle group.

Some Exercises That Can Help You In Making Your Posture Correct

  To make your posture correct you must do exercises that stretches your strong muscle and activate your weak muscle one of the best exercise for this method is reverse plank exercise.

Mostly we have tight pectoral and front delts while weak rhomboios and traps. Another best exercise is arch up and it can be perform in different ways for different parts of the body.

Dude, as much as everyone wants to be helpful, please see a medical professional for a medical condition. No one can assess your limitations or things you should avoid over the internet. I'm just playing the cautious card because you want to make sure you're doing everything safely.

Of course, I do have doctors orders to reinforce the muscles that can help support my column. I do mostly abs and others and haven't tried these two before :)

How do I identify my strong and weak muscles 💪??

For most of us that sit in front of the computer, you want to strengthen the back and butt muscles since those are neglected by many.

By implication, the muscles 💪 that we neglect are the weak muscles??
