You Should Not Bent Rules While Doing Bent Over Row

 The most common mistake while doing bent over row that I did myself was the rounding of spine. You can hurt your spine badly if you will round it during bent over row. As bent over row is concerned with heavy weights so it is important to keep your back straight.

Try to Balance Your Focus

  While doing bent over row you should not be focusing just on your traps this can happen when you keep your hips too low, they should be pointing downwards but they should not be too low. Your upper body should not be making more than 45 degree angle with earth. This way you will be able to target both upper and also lower back. Try not to involve shoulders at all always try to feel burden on your back.
