In the recent fixtures against Rotherham and Burton, they scored seven and nine goals respectively which shows their capability of scoring goals. Once City is in the zone, it is really difficult to stop them especially in fixtures like these. If Manchester City win tonight, they will just be a point behind the table toppers, Liverpool.

Sergio Aguero relishes this fixture more than anyone else as he has scored plenty of goals against Newcastle in the past. He is in very good form and has scored 14 goals this season. Having scored 8 goals in the Premier League this season,Leroy Sane can also make an impact as he is also in good form. Kevin de Bruyne missed the start of the season but he is back to full fitness and no one can doubt his capabilities.
The only player who is suffering from an injury is Vincent Kompany, barring him, City have a fully fit squad. They have followed the policy if rotating the players to keep them fresh and that has worked very well so far.

Newcastle United

Newcastle have won two games in a row against Blackburn and Cardiff after a loss at the hands of Chelsea. They have however struggled throughout the Premier League and see themselves among the bottom table occupiers. Newcastle have been unable to defeat Manchester City from the past 14 years and they will again find it very difficult to stop the winning run of defending champions.

Impact Players and Team News
Solomon Rondon has been their top scorer this season with five goals in the Premier League and he will continue to be their main man if they are to make things tough for Manchester City. Fabian Schar scored twice against Cardiff in the recent fixture but his job will be to stop City attacking players.
Ki Sung and Yoshinori are performing their international duties by playing in the Asia Cup , however Mohamed Diame, Kennedy, Dummet and Fernandez are all fit again and will be available for selection. They don't have many injury issues.

PREDICTION
Given the form of Manchester City, I expect this match to be a goal scoring one with Manchester City winning 3-0.
