Hello Football Peeps,

NFLShield.jpg

This is yet another week of near empty football stadiums. I hate to say this but the NFL Owners deserve everything that is happening to them. You want to enable spoiled players to protest our flag, you get to find out, exactly how powerful the silent majority is.

With all of that aside, this was one hell of a football week.

Onward to the Highlights:

The Oakland Raiders won really big game. It amazes me, how one football player makes such a difference for an entire football team. Derek Carr is everything for this Raiders team.

The Buffalo Bills came back and beat Tampa Bay Bucs. This is an important win for the Bills. Great Job Bills.

The Chicago Bears Defense simply one a ball game. Great Job Bears Defense.

The New Orleans Saints won a winnable game. Nice Job Saints.

The Jacksonville Jaguars won a game they should have won. This is a big deal for the Jaguars, no one on the team feel asleep. They played a complete dominating game. Great Job.

The LA Rams should be #2 in the NFC Power Rankings. Fantastic job in dismantling the Arizona Cardinals.

The Miami Dolphins won a huge game, but Jay Cutler may be down and out. Hard to say, how this team will do going forward.

The Minnesota Vikings are also moving up the NFC Power Ranking. Beating Baltimore is a big deal. Good Win.

The Dallas Cowboys slaughtered the SF 49ers. That is all.

The Steelers, Seahawks, and Chargers won their games easily.

Big win for the Patriots on Sunday Night. First complete game played by the Defense. Great Job.

The Philadelphia Eagles are the beast of the NFC East. A huge win over the Redskins. Right now the Eagles are the #1 team in the NFL.

Now for the Low Lights:

Our Douche Bag of the Week Award goes to Cam Newton. Cam found a way, for the Chicago Bears to win a football game. Normally, I pick an entire team but lets be honest, Carolina Defense only allowed 3 points. You cannot ask Carolinas Defense to be better than that. The EPIC Suckage of this game is all Cam Newton.

Tampa Bay Bucs simply cannot pull their shit together. This team is similar to the Cincinnati Bengals. You flash a good game or two and then you suck for like 10 games. Simply, these two teams suck, I feel for the fan base for both organizations. Neither team really wants to be a great team.

Green Bay Packers are DONE, see ya in 2018.

Arizona Cardinals, enjoyed the night life in England. Maybe they will decide to play football next week.

The J E T S, Jets, Jets, Jets did not play four quarters. You are not that good of a team to do that. This was an UGLY game, which could have been a great game.

Baltimore Ravens, 49ers, New York Giants are dead men walking....

Denver Broncos need to fix the Offense quick. The Defense is fine but the Offense is a mess.

The Atlanta Falcons went all the way to Foxboro Massachusetts to piss all over themselves. This was an embarrassment of a performance. I have no idea how the Atlanta coaching staff does not get fired.

Wentz for MVP

This year, he certainly is MVP worthy. Thanks for the comment.

Id say your avg football fan watches regularly on tv.

  1. Easier to watch
  2. More camera angles than any other sport.
  3. Much cheaper

Just a few reasons.

Most ticket holders belong to coorporate businesses or fairly wealthy people. Not to say all of them are.

It seems silly to me that a sport thats seems to be made for tv has all of their teams building stadiums to hold more people. Especially in this economic climate

You made some great points. I still believe that the silent majority are taking a toll on the NFL Owners. Thank you for the comment.
