Former St. Louis Ram WR and soon to be NFL Hall of Famer, Isaac Bruce recently joined The Press Box hosted by Frank Cusumano on 590 The Fan.

During the interview, Bruce said that if the XFL would have him on board as the St. Louis coach he would be interested in the position. He went on to say that he wouldn’t reach out to the XFL because “it’s not his style”, but would welcome an offer if their people got on the phone with his people.

This is exactly what I want to see out of this league. Coaches and players that the local markets will know and cheer for. Issac Bruce was no slouch during his time in the NFL. He totaled 1,024 receptions for 15,424 yards and 91 touchdowns in his 16 year career, 13 of which were spent in St. Louis. He apart of the “Greatest Show on Turf” which saw St. Louis Rams win Super Bowl XXXIV.
