There are apparently rumors about a second bout between Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo.
They met before at UFC 194 and Conor knocked out Aldo out in just 13 seconds ending a 15 fight win streak.
While Aldo was keen on a rematch right away Conor was looking for other fights.
After almost 4 years I ve read that there are rumors they should fight again.
It is a bit surprising to me to be honest as this is not a big money fight in my opinion. I would rather see Diaz vs McGregor 3 or Khabib vs McGregor 2.
George St. Pierre said multiple times that he would like to fight Khabib though which would be a fight of high interest.
But Dana White said this fight probably is not gonna happen as GSP broke his word before.
I am looking forward to see Aldo as well as McGregor fight again...to fight each other though is not my main interest even a 13 second knockout does Aldo and what a dominating fighter he was no justice at all and I can understand why he want to redeem himself from that lost.

I would like to see Khabib 2. I think McGregor didn't respect him and then got defeated which is what you usually don't respect your opponents. Actually mCgregor mentioned something similar on his twitter. The one that looks like its coming is Masvidal vs McGregor.

Winnable fight for Conor, but huge upset potential for Aldo. If Aldo would somehow win it would help redeem a bit of his legacy, not saying he isnt legendary or his legacy is lessened too much but after losing to conor and holloway twice, his shine isnt quite as bright. Very interesting.
I would like to see Conor and RDA at 170. That could be a good fight.

I haven't heard anything about Conor/RDA but just my thoughts.
I think Conor just wants a decent, safe, competitive fight after losing in his recent appearances. If he keeps losing, his stardom could start to diminish. I wonder if Conor will box at all since Dana has stated that he is entering the business shortly. Aldo has also mentioned boxing before.
Who knows I am just speculating. I am a fan of Conor despite his antics, excited to see him fight soon hopefully!

I see this as a possibility for Conors return, its not like he can jump back in title contention and a very little number of fights make sense for him.
Diaz is booked, Khalabib (Joey Diaz voice) is booked. Max fighting Volkanovski next anyways... I would not mind seeing it just because it ended so fast the last time. I want them at 155lbs no 145 BS.
