The world of football today, alot of certain event has happened this season. The issue of Neymar junior and paul Pogba swap has not been surely clerified, the world cup winner Paul Pogba has earlier this season wanted to leave is club which is the Manchester United side with the aim to join either Juventus, Real Madrid or the PSG side. Paul Pogba has been a very good player and is performance during the world was massive,he is initially willing to leave Manchester United but the club is not ready to leave him yet but he is currently appearing in the in the pre season which is on the GO right now and he is playing well I believe he might not leave.. 
On the other hand, the Brazilian forward is willing to leave the club which bought him at a record deal of €220 m which was the highest record deal and Still the highest for now, he was bought some weeks after is formal club Barca fc defeated them in a 6-1 defeat, this made the France champion (PSG) buy him, but for some months now it seems he is having difficult time at his club and he is willing leave but the club want to release him at the same price they bought him but they want to swap him with the world cup winner Paul Pogba to the Manchester United side, but the Manchester United figure might not be on Neymar because they signed some players this during the, likes like Daniel James and Wan Bissaka and they also want to go for the some other players like Henry Maguire and many more depending on their play target but I don't really think to would accept the Neymar Paul Pogba swap or sell Pogba. 
Depending on the levels on things now Pogba might not leave Manchester United but also Barca was contemplating on collecting Neymar back after they have signed Griezmann this season but time will tell if Neymar would leave PSG on remain the club. To make sure all is certain Barca can eventually sign Neymar but PSG are will to release him at €220m but let wait for Barca to judge on this action.
