It was so painful to watch my beloved country Nigeria to have lost to Algeria yesterday in the AFON 2019 competition.
I hear many people say, even the Nigeria's Coach, said that we lost to a better team but to me, that isn't so true. Algeria never played anything spectacular yesterday but they were just so lucky Nigeria wasn't a better team.
Nigeria had no better or super sub, and the only sub made was vividly a mistake in the match.
Well, the Algerians won this time, and I wish my country would get to breed a better team soon.
I really wanted Nigeria to meet Senegal at the final but unfortunately, they never played enough football for a team of their class. I think Algeria played better football that night and they deserved the win.
I will watch the bronze match tomorrow. Hope they take third place.
