8/18 골드만삭스 스포티파이 주식 7500만 달러 매각
지난 몇 주 사이, 골드만삭스 인베스트먼트 파트너스 (GSIP) 가 7500만 달려 가량의 스포티파이 주식을 매각했다. 이는 GSIP 가 보유한 스포티파이 주식의 50% 이하이며 다른 주주에게 주당 3,100달러씩 24,000주를 매각한 것으로 알려져있다.
스포티파이가 뉴욕 증시에 직상장* (direct listing) 을 추진하면서 이러한 주식 매각이 주목을 끌고있다.
현재 스포티파이의 기업 가치는 130억달러이다.
*직상장이란 별도 기업공개(IPO) 절차 없이 기업이 직접 증권 거래에 상장하는 것을 의미한다.
