Good: Spring has sprung! Bad: So have allergies

in spring •  8 years ago

Nothing brings a tear to the eye like a beautiful spring day.

Like millions of Brits I have a tense relationship with the pollen and grass that's triggering my runny nose and watery eyes.

One in four Brits suffer today, compared with one in eight in the early 80s but the Spring allergies didn’t wait for Spring this year.

The early warm weather and emergence of plants as really hit us hard this year.

The downside of good weather: hellish hayfever

Does anyone have a bright idea to combat hay fever to allow me to celebrate spring the way it should be?
