The Real Madrid defender has backed his coach and said that the whole squad are solidly behind him.
The player speaking with the EFE said that in the beginning of the season, nobody remembered Ronaldo's name but that now that they're failing to score, everybody suddenly is thinking if Ronaldo was there, things would be different.
Nacho urged the players to forget about the days of Cristiano Ronaldo and move on. He says things are different and that there is nothing they can do about the Portuguese decision than to move on citing that Ronaldo made his own decision.
Nacho said that the players were behind their manager and that things are maybe different because they have to adjust to a new forward line and for the changes in the defense as well.
