Barcelona's president Josep Bartomeu recently made a statement that French forward Ousmane Dembele is better than Neymar Junior. Dembele is was signed by the La Liga Champions to replace Neymar who left for PSG in a whooping contract.
Bartomeu said that Dembele has since his arrival to Camp Nou developed and is a perfect replacement for Neymar and has out performed the Brazilian for the Blaugrana in his judgement.
