The England international has made some revelations as to his admiration of the Portuguese. He says Ronaldo remains his biggest inspiration because of what the player has achieved and continues to achieve.
Ronaldo played for Manchester United from 2003 to 2008 and won two EPL titles, the Champions league and his first Balon D’or with the Old Trafford club. He’s highly esteemed as one of the most successful players to have played for the club

Rashford says it’s the Portuguese’s longevity that amazes him. Ronaldo is currently thirty-three years old and at the age when players retire, he’s still going strong. He will be 34 early next year but has shown no sign of slowing down. Instead, he continues to pick up the pace and has already got 7 goals and 6 assists in his 13 games for his new club.
On Wednesday night, Manchester United will be playing Juventus and would hope to avoid a repeat of what happened in the first leg of the encounter. Rashford says his side have learned their lessons from their last encounter with the Bianconeri and are better prepared to face them. Manchester United would hope to steal some points in the hope of finishing top of the group.
