OMG! I was just writing about this. I had no idea it's already live. Thanks for the heads up.

Wow! 2.5 million DECs to get your guild to max level! And to think people have already been buying up DECs these past few days, bringing the DEC price from about 0.0025 STEEM a few weeks ago to above 0.004 STEEM today. Now we really have to see how the market reacts to the launch.

These are really exciting times to be on Steem.
