A few words about #spud4steem July by @randulakoralage

From the very first day, I noticed the post about #spud4steem, I was thinking to participate in it. In June, my steem power was about 40 and I purchased 100 STEEM to do a powerup. Unfortunately, I couldn't withdraw from Binance due to their upgrade. It was fixed after the first #spud4steem. But I continued dreaming about #spud4steem.

In the June, the powerup percentages were easy to reach. So my plan was to power up by 300% or closer.

But with frequent promotions and parallel competitions organized by @stephenkendal and @steemingcurators the July #spud4steem was more competitive. In this time there was opportunity to get prices even from promotions. So in my case, I had to purchase more steem to participate in challenge. Actually my boyfriend sold almost all of his USDT for buying me STEEM this time. Thank you!!!!!!!!

I was counting for powerup day and I did my powerup. There were many large powerups so I stopped thinking about winning. But fortunately have won 3rd place. Even if not I could win I was really glad about powering up. My voting weight has increased and my curation reward amount has increased.

Maybe this will double next time. Things getting more challenging. The people how in the early limit of SP can get more advantages. So those how have SP near 30 should give a try next time.
