Suppose Binance Company and a few other big coins creators all come to Sri Lanka and want to help out the desperate situation while creating a new necessary change in currency system.
What do the citizens need? Basic needs as foods and burning oil to light up their places? What do they do to make “Money”?
If all they do is selling tea products, crypto should have a wholesale company to buy tea products and pay sellers with their own members currency. As long as there are grocery stores that will accept these currencies, there would be no needs to exchange these new currencies to USD or EUR or any kind of government issued money.
