As a human, we all love our skin, smooth and without spot. The problem there is that, could such a thing happen, spotless, smooth without any irritating reddish spot, absolutely yes! If we give and treat our body with the required treatment and paying attention to our skin, that alone can give us what we need

Many people suffer from pimples,some are big while in other people's face it is small but they all come with different entourage like headache, pain, swollen face etc. Many people find such an occurrence disgracing, and has applied different method to combat this ugly situation but to know avail. Some people are feed up after trying different methods on how to fight this but not working. Shortly i will be discussing different methods that can be use to treat pimples from Home remedies down to the use of medications.

Let quickly check out the ways to win this battle between the human face and pimples. We all deserve to have a good,smooth and spot free faces. After this series, we shall be looking at food we all eat that help in producing pimples.

1.Wash your face two-three time Daily:-Washing of our face with clean water help to prevent pimples. Using clean water to wash our face in the morning and evening before going to bed help to remove dirt,impurities and excess oil that has built up on the surface of the skin after the whole day activities. Washing the face with warm water in the morning, afternoon and evening with a mild cleanser, using a clean dry towel to pat the face dry help prevent pimples. Kindly disallowed the following.

i. Pating your face with rough,wet and dirty clothes

ii. Avoid the use of bathing sponge to scrub the face

The above listed can only irrite the skin and help the pimples to become more inflamed.

2.Use noncomedogenic moisturizer:-After a successful completion of the first step of washing the face with a warm water and a clean dry towel. Apply a moisturizer to help hydrate the skin and prevent it from becoming dry and irritated. Make sure you apply a right moisturizer that works good for your skin type,because heavy, oily moisturizer can cause clog your pore and lead to a further breakout. Make a well research and find a perfect one that can work for your skin type. Before buying a moisturizer, search for that label 'non comedogenic,meaning not having substances that can tend to produce acne, such as by clogging pores on the skin on the label. They can not cause skin breakout. Note the following.*

i. People with oily skin may need to use high, gel-based moisturizer, whereas people with dry flaky skin will need heavy cream gel-based one.

ii. Make sure you wash your hands with soap before applying moisturizer on your skin to avoid bacteria, germs in your hands having access back to your face.

3.Avoid hand contact with your face:-People with pimples always find it hard to take their hands off their face, because they enjoy popping the pimples on their face. Please and please, always avoid touching your face with your hands. The human hands contact more dirt and bacteria daily than other parts of the body. As a result of, hand shaking, picking of objects from the ground, placing hands on a dirty object,pick nose with it etc. Touching the face with such hands can help inflamed, and thus help in the spread of the bacteria which can Prevent healing time. Note the following.:-

i.popping of pimples only helps to worsen the situation by prolonging their healing time causing Acne scar which can be very difficult to treat.
