If you are one of those people who have high cholesterol or a relative who has this high value, we suggest several types of juices that help lower the level of bad cholesterol. This cholesterol tends to the risk of suffering from diabetes or cardiovascular diseases that cause heart attacks.
In your kitchen you should never miss the ingredients mentioned below for the preparation of these juices.
Artichoke and celery juice
We should only have 1 artichoke in the kitchen, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 garlic and 200 ml of water.
Steam the heart of the artichoke, once cold, everything is processed, the artichoke, celery, garlic and water. Drink in the morning and at night.
Apple and celery juice
Have 5 apples, 2 large stalks of celery and 2 oranges.
These three ingredients must be processed in a juice extractor.
Juice of broccoli, carrot and tomato
Have the following ingredients: an apple, a broccolin stalk, a carrot, half a tomato, a cup of blueberries and a half glass of water
Blend all the ingredients, taking a baso in the mornings.
Apple and carrot juice
This is one of my favorite juices, with an apple, a carrot, two slices of ginger and half a lemon, you prepare a rich juice, with a peculiar flavor. In the blender, mix the ingredients with a glass of water.
