I found a few more pieces to the puzzle today to use with the melting furnace.
A stainless steel piece was given to me that is much larger than the one I previouly posted about.
It is 6 inches across with heavy stainless walls and has a usable casting area of
4 5/16 inches
Think about what could be cast with silver in that area? Take a look at the picture.....
A 10 ounce silver bar fits easily in the area with plenty of room to SPARE.
Also shown is a large lion paperweight that easily fits inside and can be used fir a mold.
These are exciting items to find. I also received in a pound of the molding sand.
Love those amex 1 oz bars. That and the prospector rounds are my go to.

Yeah it is a big brass paperweight. I think if the design was better with more details it might be a good pour. Better to put it on a play house. Lol thanks for stopping by
