Business funding and starting a business
Starting a business require self discipline with spending. Even if it's a few dollars for marketing/advertising or minor tools it will help to start off frugal . Pay attention to the small things that can make a big difference in starting your business and getting it recognized. Many have poor spending habits and it's hard for them to even put away $100 per month towards their business investment. How can they expect anyone to invest in them if they are already poor money managers that's not willing to invest in themselves first?When we think of business funding we think it can be used for personal spending starting off. That is not the case especially for project based companies. Before any funding is dispersed a profitable bid must be won. Our company has found up to 2.8 million that's only for one of the two companies. We wish to focus on one at a time although the funding sources are none specific industries which give us an advantage for both. When starting companies one must first find the best market, test it and then find the best team members preferably those interested in subcontracting/1099/ subcontract to hire for the first one to two projects. After the second project the directors must consider full time employees to abide by laws . Another major factor is regulations that is why each manager / supervisor must be licensed / certified . This will also be in the best interest of the company ,having full time employees available when needed and teamed up to collaborate better. Also take into deep consideration executive officers experience and credentials which I should have added prior to mentioning managers/supervisors.
