I've now been on the phone with the tech support for more than an hour... I'm really glad that I've set up the textplus+ free calling service for the international call to tech support. Otherwise I'd be paying out the nose, again. For a service I'd initially signed myself up for.
The advertisement is for their premium package at $19.99, offering a number of perks. I've purchased the premium package a few days ago, and haven't been recieving the perks that are offered.
My profile states I'm paying the premium price I selected, but they only charged me for the regular service.
I'm questioning whether or not I should put myself through the hassle of the time it takes.
Many of the forum comments I've read about this issue, have always resulted in dissapointment. The only solution they can offer me is to cancel my subscription, so that I can purchase it again. So I've been on hold, talking with the supervisor. Not getting anywhere, and I think he just hung up on me.
I've spent my share of time working call centre jobs, and know full well how difficult it can be talking with customers and how the issues can be made worse with a rude caller. So, I don't act like this. Given the situation, and frustration I've been feeling. I do my best not to let it show. He was going to walk me through the issue over the phone, and help to assure me that I will recieve the service I'd initially signed up for. But oh, like I mentioned. I'm pretty sure he's already hung up. So... Back to steemit!
