Your statistics are truly AMAZING.
Thank you for the work done.
I do a monthly data analysis on Steemit Trends if you want to have a look.

Last question, I understand that some of the data in your post is public. How do you find it?
Cheers !

Thanks for your comment. You're doing good stats too.
All the data I use for my stats come from the blockchain. I use SteemSQL to aggregate it.

Thank you so much for your answer.

I really enjoy looking at the stats regularly!

Thank you!

awesome post and data, keep it up,

Very good post

thanks for telling about it

Thanksz for report

I am now challenged to be more active, because I see in the graph, that there are so many inactive accounts in steemit. I think we need to encourage the new members to become active after they sign up. Thanks @arcange for your labor of informing us with what's happening with the steemit platform.

yes, the inactive #s stand out to me as well.

You're welcome. Glad you like my stats!

The fact that there are over 300,000 inactive accounts is a bit disconcerting. I wonder what @paulag would say about that. Also that the few whales have 5,000x more voting power than the legions of successful and important redfish is startling. All the whales that are delegating some of their Steem for curation voting or other equitable distribution should be commended.

A lot of people are doing name reservation.

One should not focus on the number of inactives but on the growth of the active user base.
Just one question: do you care of how many inactive accounts there are on Facebook, Twitter or Gmail?

What exactly is name reservation? Is that for multiple accounts or people planning to participate in the future? Ok, I'll pay more attention to active users. I would be interested to known what common rates are for FB, TW and so forth, but i guess those are not known... for thinking about an industry average, etc

Name reservation (or name cybersquatting) is when your register an account in order to ensure you own the name, because it is related to your own identity or because you want to get some money by abusing this name.
A good example is the account @microsoft on Steemit. The name has been registered, but never used. Who really own that account? Microsoft or someone else? ... We do not know, but I'm ready to bet on the second option.

Take it me and my red fish buddys have a combined voting power of 40 (not $0) was 39 so the 44k have powered up by a tiddler?

very helpful report .

Users are not posting that much content on steem. We have more than 350000 accounts as of now. But if we calculate posting ratio then it will be more than double. Which means users are posting just 2 posts.

Thank you for this update!
