Vaccines work by stimulating your immune system to produce antibodies that fight off disease-causing germs. Getting vaccinated not only protects you but also helps prevent the spread of diseases to others1.

Disinfect surfaces. Viruses and bacteria can survive on various surfaces for hours or even days, depending on the environmental conditions. You can reduce the risk of getting sick by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects, such as countertops, desks, keyboards, doorknobs and faucets. Use products that contain alcohol or bleach to kill the germs effectively1.
