Hey guys! I tried this recipe a couple of years ago and now I rarely make my steak any other ways! here is the basic recipe for a great steak!
Brine steaks (24 hours)
Set oven to 200°F (90°C)
Sear 1 minute per side.
Place steak on rosemary bed in skillet.
Place skillet in oven and cook for 30 minutes or when steak temperature reaches 135°F (57°C)
Baste steaks with skillet juices using a fresh rosemary sprig.
Wait 10 minutes before cutting.
