To give excellent surface profile such as anchoring, different pattern on metal or wood surfaces, matte finish, after the preliminary process of surface profiling, coating, painting, bonding, etc processes are done on metal surfaces.

The basic raw material required for the production of shots is steel scrap and steel alloys. This raw material is atomizing with the help of the high-pressure water jet cutting spray technique, with this process raw molten steel is converted into liquid metal material and then dried into powder form.

This powder is separated based on their particle size of steel size. (some of the shot particles are used for manufacturing the steel grit).
