Trying new food: Jollibee (Cardiff) 🐝

I recently tried Jollibee in Cardiff for the first time, and I really enjoyed it so I'd like to show the experience I had.

Before ordering from Jollibee, I'd heard about it a lot over the years mostly from people in North America on YouTube.

It's one of the fast food places I've always been curious about and have wanted to try.

Jollibee is actually a Filipino fast food chain, they're most well known for their crispy fried chicken.

I love their mascot, he looks quite silly/cute!

Their mascot is a bee who represents the company's committed efforts to provide joy and a family friendly dining experience for all.

I got the chicken sandwich, peach mango pie and chips/fries medium meal. I wasn't able to finish the whole chicken sandwich, and I couldn't leave it for breakfast as I was staying in a hotel and I couldn't refrigerate it- I didn't wanna risk feeling ill the next day.

The chicken sandwich was really, really delicious! It was so crunchy and juicy at the same time, the bread they used for the burger buns was soft too! I'd love to have this again! The fries were also very tasty. I really enjoyed the peach mango pie, too. The batter was very crispy and sweet, and the filling was delicious!

I also got some spaghetti Bolognese because I'd never seen something like that on a (mainly) burger fast food menu!

It was so delicious. I'd really love to order from here again just to get the spaghetti Bolognese, lol.

In total, my meal, the chicken sandwich and spaghetti combo meal (which came with the chicken sandwich, jolly spaghetti, peach mango pie, the diet Pepsi can) came to £12.99, which is roughly 78 STEEM.

The medium fries were an added paid element to my meal which cost £2.99 extra, equaling to around 18 STEEM.

So my total cost was £15.98, which is around 96 STEEM, not too bad!

It was the perfect meal to end a busy day with, I felt really satisfied and tired after- that's how I know I've had a good meal, haha!
