Al-Kautsar Mosque

Al-Kautsar Mosque is one of the mosques located in a PT.AAF complex located in Paloh Lada village, Dewantara sub-district, North Aceh district. From the front side we go through the entrance of the private elementary school in the complex and we can see the courtyard of the mosque as shown above. The mosque building looks beautiful and has a towering minaret on the right side. It can be seen that the dome of the minaret is gray while the dome of this large mosque is green.

Many people enter the mosque through the back entrance because it is where vehicles can enter and go to the parking lot. Before entering the back door of the mosque, you can see a pamphlet with the mosque's name on it.

After we enter the back door from the west, we go straight to the parking lot. However, the parking lot in the courtyard of the mosque can only be entered by two-wheeled vehicles while cars can be parked on the outside yard. Generally, those who come to this mosque are only residents around the PT.AAF complex.

Let's take a look at the inside of this mosque where at the time of taking this photo, precisely on February 26, 2025, the interior of this mosque was being repaired. It can be seen in the picture below where there is black plastic covering the floor of the mosque so as not to get dirty due to repairs using cement.

Although this mosque looks small, the facilities are complete and the motif is also very beautiful, or you can say with minimalist words, although small but luxurious. For the top of the mosque where it is seen that there are decorative lamp hangers that decorate the ceiling of the mosque.

In addition, the ceiling of the mosque also has calligraphy paintings along with beautiful motifs that color the ceiling of the mosque. However, the motifs are temporarily disturbed because they are being repaired. The photo booth is relatively clean and is only available in the form of a faucet.

The restrooms are also clean and comfortable for those who wish to go there. The mosque is a little less attractive because it is located in a complex where the population has begun to decrease, so the mosque looks deserted and grass has begun to grow on the edges.
