just make it simple from my imagination...

Its Look like ribbon to me at first ...
But I think It's more like LION or something predator..
So I give a first step ..

I add another Vector on it..

Become like this..Add on the top layer of Real Lion

Step 4 .. I make it into more stylish way face of him..

step 5 ...Finallise it and clear out the background !!
Masking here and there !!
Colour Grade it bit... haha !!
Looks Handsome Now !!

So this is the final product !!
