La LIGA 18/19 empezó con un partido sin goles, Girona y Valladolid empataron 0-0. Se estrenaba el videoarbitraje en LaLiga Santander, un momento histórico para el fútbol español, pero habrá que esperar. No se utilizó en todo el encuentro. Y si no hubo polémica, tampoco existió la puntería. El Girona lo intentó hasta en trece ocasiones, pero Masip 4.5M sólo tuvo que intervenir en una ocasión. En el otro partido del viernes Morales 8.5M se salió (13 Puntos) y ayudo a la victoria del Levante (0-3) en el Benito VillamarÍn. Durante la primera mitad el betico Junior 4.5M era la principal amenaza para la defensa granota, con varias internadas con potencia y calidad. El Betis era el que más llegaba, pero una contra fue aprovechada por Roger 6.6M para marcar el primer gol de LA LIGA.

La jornada del sábado comenzaba en Vigo, el Español se enfrentaba al Celta, con dos nuevos entrenadores en busca de la poción mágica del buen juego y buenos resultados, de momento tendrán que seguir trabajando, el encuentro terminó en empate(1-1), resultado que no dejó contento a ninguno de los dos técnicos. El domingo se disputarón 3 partidos más, el novato Huesca consiguió su primera en Primera Divisón. en su visita a Eibar 1-2. Gallar 4.5M consiguió un doblete histórico para el equipo aragonés. El Eibar intentó remontar el 0-2 del descanso pero sólo pudo anotar Escalante 6.0M a pase de Peña 4.9M.
El Sevilla firmó a André Silva 4.5M hace apenas 10 días, pues ya está empezando a rentabilizar su fichaje, anotó 3 goles y los entrenadores de la Steem Fantasy están empezando a quererlo en su equipo. Buen partido de todo el equipo que supo aprovechar la debilidad defensiva del Rayo Vallecano, en el que sólo Embarba 4.5M se salvó anotando de Penalty.
Carvajal 6.8M no suele hacer muchos goles, pues abrió la lata en el Bernabeú y dio unos buenos 12 puntos a todos los entrenadores que han confiado en él. El Madrid solventó el choque 2-0 ante un Getafe muy defensivo.
El Lunes nos esperaban dos partidos más. En Mestalla se enfrentaban dos equipos tops (Valencia vs Atlético Madrid) y el partido no defraudó. El Valencia quería demostrar que la temporada pasada no fue un espejismo y salió a ganar la contienda y dominó los primeros minutos. pero sin suerte de cara a la portería que defendió, con mucho acierto, Oblak 10M, mediada la primera parte una genialidad de Griezmann 14.5M dejó solo a Correa 8.2M, que marco a placer, Tras la reanudación los "ché" lo siguieron intentando y llegó el empate; Wass 8.2M templó un servicio cruzado de lado a lado, Godín 8.0M falló en el despeje, Rodrigo 8.5M controló y fusiló. Pudo haber más goles pero los porteros lo evitaron con magníficas interveciones.
En Bilbao concluía la GW1, Muniaín 6.3M rompió el empate a los 93´ para poner el 2-1 en el marcador El leganés apuntó estuvo de amargar el debut a l técnico Berizzo.
El Athletic empezó más asentado en el campo y con la posesión de balón. El Leganés tardó en acomodarse al partido, Susaeta 7.5M y Williams 7.6M llevaban mucho peligro, de un pase de Susaeta llegó el primer gol que daba ventaja a los locales pero seis minutos después, Silva 5.0M volvió a poner las tablas. El Lega se mostraba contento con el punto que veía en su casillero pero los "leones" atacaban y consiguieron su premio en forma de 3 puntos.
