Couldn't agree more, on most Crypto related forums and most if not all Exchange chat rooms.
All you hear is "I'll never trade a premine!" "all premine's are SCAM!!!". Whilst that may be true of some, "Paycoin" being one such scam that springs to mind.

But without investment in the developers themselves as well as the project as a whole, any project must seek outside funding or only be a hobby project.

I personally see absolutely nothing wrong with developers holding "shares/coins" in there own project for personal gain, after all they did put in the work

They had the majority, if not all the shares when the project started, and with the 100% inflation they keep having the majority of the shares. Have they come out and admitted that they did all the premine themselves? No. Then that's a scummy behaviour and the project is a scam.
